So the someone in the punggol GRC had an idea to revamp the outlook of our buildings. And so they start by repainting the carparks, white. Not done yet. That should be just the first layer. However, it made the carpark look brighter, and new. So I got a suggestion.



They should just reapaint this black. Yes, just pure black.



As you can see, most of the cars parked near to the walls behind thus causing the walls to be black. The black black thing is from the car's exhaust pipe one la.
